Call for expressions of interest by civil society organizations
In the framework of its work to strengthen the capacity of non-profit sector, Partners Albania invites civil society organizations to apply for participation in its newest program aiming to contribute to their financial stability by identifying new business models in order to generate revenues and enhance independence from the usual donor funding, for a greater impact in the communities where they operate.
This program will help organizations to understand their readiness to tap into fee-for services, product development and monetarization of assets; identify available, untapped or unexplored opportunities in the national or regional market; and the development of business and marketing strategies.
The program consists in:
- Development of four one-day workshops on issues related to fee-for services, organizational and market analysis, development of business plan and marketing strategy, and implementation of a relevant and healthy fee-for service strategy;
- A five-month mentoring program for each of the participating organizations, to develop and put in practice the above mentioned strategies;
- Online sessions to exchange experience and learn from international partners; and
- Participation in Business to CSOs meetings that will contribute to increase knowledge and understanding of civil society work and their services, as well as identifying concrete partnership opportunities in providing these services.
