Partners Albania for Change and Development is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃. This transformative sub-granting scheme will provide 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 to individual activists and social movements (non-formal groups) in the Western Balkans.

The Resilient Balkans Fund is launched in the frame of 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 (𝐏𝐱𝐏) 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞,  a 5 year global project (2023 – 2028), implemented by Partners Global (𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 28 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘈𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢, 𝘈𝘴𝘪𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤, 𝘌𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘢, 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘯, 𝘔𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘌𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢) and funded by USAID Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance.
