Networking and partnership building among NPOs
In the framework of building networking and partnership among NPOs, during a one-year period (March 2018 – April 2019) Partners Albania organized six networking sessions with representatives of civil society in Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and Korça.
About 60 representatives of NPOs, grouped by field of work and projects, had the opportunity to present and discuss the needs and challenges encountered during the implementation of their projects. In addition, the networking sessions served to share experiences (best practices and lessons learned) among beneficiaries that are implementing similar initiatives, in order to identify opportunities for collaboration and common activities. Based on the needs identified during the networking sessions, PA experts delivered 20 individual coaching sessions for NPO representatives interested to further increase their capacities.
The project “Partnerships of non-governmental organizations and self- government: Together for more effective participation” is implemented by Partners Albania in cooperation with Partners for Democratic Change Slovakia (PDCS) and is financially supported by Slovak Aid – Official Development Assistance of the Slovak Republic.
