Peer Learning Event – “Social Entrepreneurship as a Driver of Inclusive Growth for Youth: Exchanging Good Practices and Strengthening Local Support”
On May 18’th, 10:00 -13:30 CET, WISEs4Youth project partners will organize online in Zoom the virtual Peer Learning Event “Social Entrepreneurship as a Driver of Inclusive Growth for Youth: Exchanging Good Practices and Strengthening Local Support”.
This event is organized within the activities envisioned in WISEs4Youth Project and is designed to bring together local and national authorities from Western Balkans, social entrepreneurs, WISEs and youth leaders to share knowledge, best practices, and experiences on how to build stronger support to social (youth) entrepreneurship, foster social impact, growth, and inclusion.
During the event, we will explore the role of WISEs in the local and national economies, the legal frameworks they operate in and Government measures for WISEs with focus on youth-led social enterprises. In addition, we will discuss challenges faced by social enterprises/WISEs and available opportunities for their support and development of their networks. The event will provide public authorities with recommendations via interactive sessions, including workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Finally, participants will receive practical insights and tools to help launch stronger WISEs and build stronger networks.
We have assembled an impressive lineup of speakers and panelists from 5 different countries who are experts in their fields and have hands-on experience in working on social entrepreneurship and related support measures.
We believe that this event will be a great opportunity for you to network with peers, learn from experts, and gain insights on what support measures exist in other countries and how to foster social impact, growth, and inclusion through WISEs and social entrepreneurship. We encourage you to register for the event as soon as possible, as places are limited.
