Monitoring the Performance of the National Licensing Center

The main goal of the survey was to gather data and assess the performance of the NLC, customer satisfaction and experiences with its services, and generate ideas for further improvement, including the establishment of a sustainable process at NLC for continuous assessment of customer satisfaction. The survey targeted businesses whose licensing and permitting requests were processed through the NLC.
