“Monitoring the Right to Free Assemblies – Report Albania 2017 – 2018“, prepared for the second consecutive year by Partners Albania, presents an analysis of the legal framework, monitoring of its implementation in practice, and data from consultations with civil society organizations, media and experts in the field of the right and freedom to peaceful assembly.
The monitoring report was conducted as part of the ‘Monitoring the Right to Free Assembly’ regional project, managed by the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL). The project is made possible by the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) through the Civic Space Initiative.
