The purpose of this document is to make recommendations for enhancing the job and self-employment environment for Generation 4.0 in the Albania-Montenegro border region. The publication was created as part of the #Work4Youth program, which ran from 2021 to 2022. After two years of hard work and support, 32 young people with an entrepreneurial spirit from the Shkodra region and the municipalities of Tivar, Tuzi, and Podgorica are ready to enter the market and contribute their business ideas to increase employment and community development.
